Erected upon the land is a late 1800's Bluestone and corrugated metal roof church with a detached circa 1962 cavity brick and corrugated metal roof hall to the rear of the lot. The land is a comer lot with primary frontage to Colyer and Cowper Streets and secondary frontage to Cowper Lane.
The church or grounds do not appear as an item of heritage significance under the Upper Lachlan Local Environmental Plan 2010. As the minimum lot size for new subdivisions under the zoning is 800m2 it is believed that this property would have further development potential for a 2-lot subdivision subject to council approval.

The subject property is located within Crookwell which is approximately 44 kilometres by road to the north west of Goulburn or 238 kilometres by road south of the Sydney Central Business District. More paticularly, the property is situated on the souther western corner of Colyer and Cowper Streets approximately 550 metres by road south of the Crookwell Town Centre.

Cowper and Colyer Streets are both bitumen sealed and have concrete kerb and guttering and concrete footpaths. Pedestrian access to the property is gained directly from Colyer Street with unformed vehicle access available from Cowper Lane.

Colyer Street provides direct access to the main street being Goulburn Street approximately 300 metres north east of the property.
Colyer Street becomes Kialla Road to the south providing access to the village of Grabben Gullen with Goulburn Street linking Crookwell with Goulburn to the south east.
