WHAT THE OWNERS HAVE LOVED ABOUT THEIR HOME:

For 12 years we have enjoyed our uniquely positioned home. With our busy lives the corner block has suited us perfectly; dual street access, yet plenty of peace and privacy. Set atop Cromer Road with bush and ocean views we've watched whale migrations, spent sunny days in the garden and enjoyed moonlit meals outside on the walled roof terrace -these are all great memories.

We have loved the split level design with a lofty entertainer upstairs with cathedral ceilings and well thought out floor plan that we've found rewarding. As keen walkers and mountain bikers, the popular local tracks are ideal, so too is our close proximity to Narrabeen Lake for kayaking. Cromer Golf Course is down the road and Truman Reserve is 5 minutes away. The house's style surely sets it apart and transforms you into holiday mode as soon as you walk through the door. We have had many fond memories here.
