Last Listing description (April 2019)

This home has it all.

Located in one of the most popular suburbs of Coffs Harbour, in Northern New South Wales, this home is truly one in a million.

Its a 7 hour drive north of Sydney, 4 hours south of Brisbane, 3 hours south of the Gold Coast, 2 hours south of Byron Bay. What a great location!
This home was built in 2006 and is still owned by the same family. It has seen many small renovations and updates and additions in that time, making it the unique and quality home that it is.
It is also beautifully furnished in a beachy style, and this is available to purchase with the property.
The list of amazing features are many, but we will attempt some here .
6 double sized bedrooms three of these are on the upper level with their own deck looking out over the lovely treed suburb of Diggers Beach. There is a three way bathroom at the end of this level that is easy to share with people as the toilet, vanity and bathroom is all separate.
The master bedroom is located on the first level of the home, with a huge ensuite that has double ceiling mounted shower roses. There is also a big corner spa in this room. The walk in robe is large and lots of hanging and shelf space.
The lounge room is at the top left of the 1200mm wide set of entry stairs, it is large and comfortable. Leading from this room is a large deck nicely linked to the lounge by a sliding stacker door to bring the outside in.
On the deck there is a bar bench for seating that looks out over Diggers. This space is a favourite with the family most evenings. It has a really nice ambience.
A couple of steps up to dining and kitchen area and it all opens up to a lovely raked ceiling, views out over the pool and up to the next living area. The home wraps around the pool which is in the centre, creating a resort like environment to really enjoy lifestyle comforts.
The dining room has a 3 metre long table which seats approximately 13- 14 people.
The kitchen has a 3 metre long stone benchtop which was just updated a year ago, along with the new Smeg appliances. The oven is a 70cm wide Smeg oven. The cooktop is a 70cm Smeg Induction cooktop. The Miele dishwasher works a treat. Behind the kitchen you walk into the huge pantry which has a Miele Steam oven and Miele Wine fridge built in. Fans cool down the area on a hot day, but generally there is a lovely breeze that cools the home in the summer months from the north, yet the home is beautifully protected from the Southerly winds by McCauleys Headland. It can be blowing a gale on the south side of the hill and sitting on the deck at this home, you would never know!
The second living area is also HUGE with a full sized kitchen in it. At the moment It has a home business operating from it which is accessible by concrete stairs from the top street ( 28 Clarence Cresent is the top road access of the home) This can be discussed when interested buyers come through.
Two more bedrooms are on this level, with a main bathroom, also a three way bathroom. One of these bedrooms is large enough to be a second living room or TV room if required.
The home has three car garages at the bottom front of the home. One is a huge single garage and the other a double garage. Both sides are extra deep (8 metres deep) so a small boat or jetski fits at the front of the cars. The single garage can be locked off from the double garage to serve as storage if needed
Under the timber floors of the living area, and in front of the garages in a large concreted space where the pool pumps are, and massive builders racks for under house storage.
At the back of the home, accessed from Clarence Crescent is another driveway and a huge lockable enclosed slatted colorbond carport. This is brand new. There are colorbond lockable gates on the side of the home which enclose the side area of the property, but allow access, when wanted, to the Lifestyle store currently in the Huge second living space.
The home has Cbus which centrally can turn off almost all the lighting in the home, and provides different modes and moods for different effects or events. A great feature!
All rooms have fans. The second living area is the only one with ducted airconditioning, which works well with the business being there. This could also stay there as an option for new buyers to utilise and benefit from.
