Last Listing description (April 2021)

Acreage like this is very hard to find, especially with 360 degree views of the hinterland to the west, surrounding farmland, and to the east there is Gulaga (Mount Dromedary), Najanuga (Little Dromedary) and the ocean near Bermagui.

This 100 acre bush block has been untouched for quite a long time and would be ideal for someone wanting large acreage close to Cobargo, only 20 minutes drive to Bermagui and its pristine beaches. Build your dream home (subject to council approval) and enjoy the natural beauty that is all around this slice of paradise. Approximate measurements: Smaller block 400 x 200 metres. Larger block 800 x 400 metres.

Entry to the property is from the Princes Highway (south of Cobargo) or off Cobargo/Bermagui road. Currently, a 4X4 or AWD vehicle can easily drive over the property. Inspections are by "Appointment Only" and people are asked NOT to drive onto the land without permission.

Authors Note: after walking over this property and being gobsmacked by the natural beauty, I was surprised at the rock formations on the highest part (which was easy to walk to from the track). Parts of the land have remnants of rain forests, many species of birds and the soil appeared to be of good quality.
