If you chose NOT to use the internal elevator there is a multi-level staircase, and there is no elevator access to the Master Bedroom.
The return home from Clontarf Beach is a very pleasant 10 min walk, although it is uphill
There are no 'grounds' in the property decorative landscaped gardens only NO lawns or play area.
Wooden floors are easy maintenance but no high heels or hard shoes please!
Small pets are permitted with prior approval, but any damage from claws on wooden floors to be repaired at renter's cost.
