Kept cosy with wood fires (firewood supplied) and cool with air conditioning, this home suits year round travel. Visit in the autumn/winter and enjoy a local red by the open fire and bracing walks in the paddocks, or come in spring and summer to enjoy the magnificent gardens and swimming pool. Any time is a good time to visit!
Fully self contained, the home is fully equipped, including linen, so there's nothing to bring except food.
Breakfast baskets can be arranged, help yourself to eggs or veggies from the garden or ask about our meal packages for cosy nights in.
The stunning garden is a mix of cottage and formal elements, modelled on English designs. Established trees and shrubs rub shoulders with roses, perennial borders, hedges and cottage plantings.
Enjoy the spoils of the vegetable garden, help the kids collect the eggs from the chooks, pull up a chair, pour a drink and take in the views while you enjoy the serenity!

If you care to venture out, 30minutes drive will see you in the heart of Mudgee wine country with it's rich tapestry of food, wine, retail and heritage.
Closer to home is the charming village of Rylstone with it's cafes and galleries. Enjoy some retail therapy, have a fabulous meal at a choice of restaurants (including our Good Food Guide rated Yum Cha restaurant), admire the historic sandstone architecture or venture further to the Wollemi National Park and Dunns Swamp. You'll never be short of things to do!
Our rates include the full use of the homestead, all linen, kitchen equipment, condiments, bbq, pool toys, towels, coffee, tea, milk and sugar. Help yourself to veggies and herbs from the garden and eggs from the chooks (when available).
