And once inside, this unique, multi-level home will continue to captivate you at every turn. The layout of this house is designed around a central outdoor swimming pool creating striking angles and calming views throughout. The combination of timber and a monochromatic black and white palette creates a sophisticated tone, while louvered windows bring the outdoors in.

From the light-filled entry door, a short flight of stairs takes you to the central level where indoor-outdoor living takes centre stage. Sliding doors open from the dining area to an undercover entertaining zone and the pool below. This generous zone simplifies entertaining no matter the weather. The high-end kitchen is also connected to this outdoor space, as well as to a second deck with lush grass terrace. Its partially separated from the living and dining and features a beautiful angled island bench with seating. The living room, which is situated next to the dining area, is a comforting space with oval fireplace and curved bench. Have a chat or simply take a seat and admire the views. Should you want to take relaxation to a higher level, step up to the top floor where a balcony allows you to truly appreciate the views from this large second living area.

The resort-style feel extends to the five bedrooms. This central location allows you the option to travel by foot or by car to explore the beauty and fun of Byron Bay. From your quiet surrounds, Tallows Beach is a 20-minute scenic walk but only a few minutes by car. Theres a caf and grocer a short walk away while bars, restaurants, the town-centre and Main Beach is around 15-minutes by foot. Theres also the stunning coastline to explore and water activities to enjoy. If you want to travel inland, the hinterland offers national parks, walking tracks and outstanding local produce.

BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS

All of our Byron Bay houses have firm no party policies with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 9pm.

Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 6pm 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.

Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
