In addition, a bore supplies five* head tanks that store over 600,000* litres of water that reticulates to a network of concrete water troughs, the gardens and can fill the five* dams. The nearest Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) site indicates an average annual non-seasonal rainfall of 596.40* millimetres.
Fencing: The property is well fenced for both sheep and cattle and incorporates an extensive laneway system that connects most paddocks to the sheds and yards. Traditional fencing has been enhanced with electric offsets and bottom wires.
