The country is flat to gently undulating of heavy red chocolate loam soils. Most of the country is arable and cleared for farming. Approximately 1,750 acres are arable. Boundary of recently constructed hinge joint and older hinge joint, that is in good condition. Original timber was Grey Box, Kurrajong and Pine. Water is provided by three bores and four dams.
