Specialising in a wide variety of food including gourmet sandwiches, turkish breads, wraps faccaia's and hot food such as hamburgers, pies, seafood and chips.

As well as cold drinks they also sell gourmet coffee from Sydney, by the brand name of "Schibellio".

The shop is well appointed with "alfresco" seating at the front, internal seating and seating in a side courtyard. (9 tables and approximately 25 chairs are included)

There is a large inventory of equipment, including 2 x 50 litre deep fryers and hot and cold bain marie's (an inventory will be supplied to prospecting buyers).

The shop can be easily run by 2 people and occasionally 1 casual employee. (some deliveries are done to local businesses)

Trading hours are 5.5 days per week and this can be extended.

As well as parking at the front there is also customer parking at the rear.
