The Home
The country style home was designed by renowned architect Richard Rowe, featuring a blend of formal and informal living with an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge room at its heart.

A special feature of the home is the use of magnificent hardwood timbers, sourced from an old railway bridge in Bungendore. A truly unique home with doors and double-glazed windows framed in the bridge timbers. The Gardens
Little Minnows gardens are beautiful with stunning drystone walls, colourful garden beds and lush green lawns leading from the house down to the river. The Farm & Livestock
The farm currently runs a herd of approximately 50 cows with calf. The soils are rich and fertile with the land rising from the river to rolling hillside. Lucerne has been grown for hay and silage. There are excellent stands of native and introduced trees throughout the property plus a combination of improved and native pastures.

There are approximately 60 juniper trees (Botanicals) and 120 orchard trees on the farm and a 1 hectare vineyard of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The farms' location and commercial opportunities for Little Minnows, would also suit other tourism ventures (STCA).
