Last Listing description (August 2018)

When we asked the neighbour Clive how long hes lived in this building heres what he said. "Ive been living here for around 15 years, the other 2 neighbours in this part of the block have been here almost as long and the only one thats rented has been leased to the same tenant for longer than 15 years."

There is a bit of road noise from Old South Head Rd the agent asked and to that he replied, "yes you do get a bit of road noise up the back of the block here but Ive lived in quiet streets around Bondi and many a nights there are drunk back packers yelling and carrying on and this type of noise is much more disturbing than the road noise we get because you get used to it and after a surprisingly short while you dont even notice it".

We asked him what he most loved about this location and complex to which he replied, "its an easy walk to the beach, shops and cafes, the bus stop is very handy and Bondi Junction is just a short walk too. Its the best of both worlds, being at the beach with convenience".

Heres what I as the agent have to say:

Stepping into this Bondi Beach apartment you will love the lime stained timber flooring that flows throughout.

The luxurious bathroom with bathtub and shower offer a sense of relaxation.

The master bedroom is oversized and provides a secret entry ensuite bathroom plus built in wardrobes.

As you walk down the hallway be surprised at how it opens up to a gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and so much storage its easy to live a clutter free lifestyle.

The laundry is conveniently positioned inside a cupboard in the kitchen and who wants to spend much time in there anyway?

The kitchen has been opened up to present a wonderful open plan living space that looks into the green gardens and enjoys a private feeling.

Its only when you open the balcony door you will start to hear the noise from the road but lets face it, in winter youll have that shut and the reverse cycle heating on. In summer youll be at the beach or enjoying the beautiful Bondi lifestyle. When its hot youll also have the doors closed and air conditioning cooling things for sleep.
