The house is situated upon a hilltop of a 4-acre property looking north over state forest, with a gentle slope downwards to a dam and forest. The house was designed by a well-known local architect Steve Gorrell, and built by a local builder, with solar principles in mind. It is situated in the township of Bellingen.
The generous windows give superb vision all around the property.

The residential component is at ground level and has its own access drive and 'single in house garage'.
It comprises of 4 double bedrooms with the master bedroom having its own walk-in robe and Ensuite bathroom, complete with double facilities. It has a northerly aspect and the warmth this room achieves in winter is amazing.
The other bedrooms are all double bed sized, and are served by the main bathroom, complete with Spa Bath and separate toilet, adjacent.
It has a large lounge with a full northerly aspect. A Coonara wood fire is fitted. It is connected by double doors to the dining room again facing north, which can take a ten seat table and chairs including ancillary furniture.

The centre terrace, 4 Mtrs below, has a 9.5 x 4.5 metre saltwater pool, with shading by trees and a canopy. It has solar heating fitted, for most of the year swimming. The third level is grassed followed by the lower section, (2+acres) remains as a gentle sloping paddock to a dam at the bottom. There are fruit trees in front of the dam. The dam is fed by water from the house roof.
