The property is located only a short walking distance from the Batehaven CBD - about a 1.2km or 16-minute walk from the unit, which offers a range of attractions, such as a beautiful lookout spot that overlooks the beach to Snapper Island and to the northeast, the Tollgate Islands. Batehaven's many amenities include the IGA, Chemist, Batemans Bay Cycleway, a Lolly shop, a Bakehouse, many Cafes, Takeaway outlets, a Fish and chip shop, and Heat Pizza.
Once a year we have the Bells Family Carnival visit us which is held at Batehaven. It operates over the summer holidays and is great fun! Enjoy some hot food or fairy floss, the big slide, the Ferris wheel, and carnival games. This event also offers fireworks on New Year's Day and Australia Day. A perfect place to spend some quality time with your children or friends.
