Dear Future Owners,

We chose 4 Bujara Place, Bangor because we wanted to give our children the opportunity to grow with room to play outdoors and have fun swimming, bush walking, camping out, building forts and tree houses, billy carts etc. as well as a cubby that could contain all the dolls and play furniture. In short, a childhood that would allow them to spend time with friends and balance the more insular modern world of technology and computer games.

We enjoyed the best of both worlds in this home. It provided ultimate privacy, being surrounded by nature and yet close to excellent public and private schools and all the modern amenities, with the added bonus of a friendly community. The cul-de-sac location provided a relatively safe place to learn to ride a bike, or try out the latest billy cart creation.

With a view from every window providing scenery to please any artist. The back deck/BBQ area is the ideal place to soak up the sun with a good book, or warm up in winter, and it has always been a pleasure to relax on the front veranda in the shade on a hot day and to feed the kookaburras. It is with a heavy heart we will leave our wildlife visitors like the occasional wallaby and, just the other day, a very inquisitive echidna wandered around.

The pool has always been a hit with family and friends where children and grandchildren mastered their swimming skills, their squeals of delight always brought joy. When older they entertained their friends around the pool or played a very competitive game of volleyball. It was always nice to sneak in when no one was around and just enjoy the peace while doing a few laps.

Once out of the pool area the back deck continues along to the rumpus room, which has rear and front doors giving teenagers a place to hang out. We have found this a bonus during many birthday parties over the years. It allows guests to spread over both front and back.

We hope you too will make many happy memories and that you will enjoy entertaining family and friends as much as we have.

Warms Regards,

The Current Owners
