I am absolutely delighted to be a part of the Backmede community with its beautiful and peaceful surroundings. In fact, I wouldnt want to swap my location for anything. I am just 15 minutes from Kyogle, 25 minutes to Lismore and all bitumen as well. In many ways my current owners of 10+ years will miss me because of all the improvements they have made. My potential now is second to none. Living on 10 acres gives me space from my neighbours and the ability to grow whatever I want with my rich red volcanic soil a real bonus. As a result, I have become very versatile with my income-producing lemon myrtle plantation, the growing of thousands of flowers for the markets each year as well as the ability to grow small crops for markets all year round. 7 of my 10 acres is currently certified organic lemon myrtle and aniseed myrtle for both the Australian and USNOP market.

My single level brick dwelling faces North to capture the all-year-round sun and overlooks the fenced saltwater in-ground pool which is well-used in the summer. In addition, I come with a separate 2-bedroom self-contained parent/teenage/visitor retreat which means that I really have 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in all.
