Lot 46 has a number of creeks, one being Palmers Creek and Mount Warning is situated at a back boundary. One can look up to Brummies' Lookout, a great walk for enthusiasts! There are nearly three hundred species, ferns, stag horns, orchids, native trees and plant species. Even yabbies' in the creek! There is a gravity water system from the creek that can be reconnected. There is a road adjoining the crown reserve road which was in good repair but needs work. It is 4-wheel drive access only. Preferably for easy access, it would be easier if you have a 4-wheel drive for inspections, as we do not own one. The property has been re zoned as 'Rural Residential'. Two unlivable sheds non council approved are onsite.
One can access the property via Condowie Road, a National Park maintained road. access is assured by law as Lot 46 is 'land locked', that is, there is no other access road. The property is 4-wheel drive access only unless you want to walk in to inspect. You can drive in.
