SJB is a multi-disciplinary practice with an integrated approach to architecture, interior design, urban design, and planning. For more than four decades, SJB has made a significant contribution to Australias built environment with a diverse body of work that ranges from large-scale urban developments to more intimate residential buildings. The practice responds sensitively to the urban fabric of cities and regions, striving to deliver unique places and spaces that support creativity, equity, and the environment. The grounding element that unites this work is a primary focus on context. SJB are leaders in the built environment, producing intelligent responses that engage, activate, and serve those who use them. Ashbury Terraces was designed under supervision of Adam Haddow, Director of SJB. The architectural vision for the site is based around the idea of infill rather than replacement. By incorporating the key aspects of the Ashbury neighbourhood, the SJB team have designed a community that will stand the test of time
