Just on from this there is a huge room that the kids and the kids at heart are going to really enjoy. This large rumpus room has a table tennis, table soccer and a pool table. From this room you can run straight down the track to the beach.As youascend the stairs to the second level - you find the lounge-dining area that is backed by a wide covered entertaining deck (outdoor table/chairs & BBQ) from here you have views of the ocean - a sensational outlook, very private and quiet ie. no road traffic. The functional kitchen with new halogen cooktop/oven & dishwasher carries the same views. The two main bedrooms (both with built-ins) are located on this level as well as the main bathroom and separate.Follow the staircase to the top, here in the attic you will find the kids retreat. Up here you can sleep up to 5 people. (3 singles and a futon). Here the kids can get away from you without being away from you. They get the best views in the house - and this is important for any keen surfer!! The views from this top veranda are totally spectacular.
