The Acacia Motor Inn is an approved member of the ARRA Accommodation Group. It boasts a very quiet location, and yet a very convenient location to benefit from many of the aforementioned Armidale district attractions.
Located just 100m off the main road into Armidale, signage is visible. The Acacia has 15 units including 6 doubles, 6 twins, 3 family rooms. It caters for disabled guests and for all sized groups. The rooms are comfortable and modern. All queen beds have electric bed-lifters fitted. The buildings and surrounds are very well maintained and clean. An extensive revamp was carried out only recently. A 10kw solar system has been installed to assist with power costs.
A modern 3 bedroom residence sits above a large sitting/day room (with bathroom), which has direct access to the motel reception and the kitchen. The kitchen is large enough with storage and cooking facilities to service the motel guests. Meals and room service is offered.
The laundry is equipped to handle all the motel's laundry needs. Guests have the use of a games room comprising table tennis table and pool table. This facility leads on to an outside entertaining area with BBQ and seating .
A 30mx20m shed/workshop is located on the property to the rear of the motel units, this structure also has 2 rooms and a bathroom attached.
