Last Listing description (October 2016)

This is a cute cedar cottage in a little known dead-end street in Central Albury. It's a very quiet neighbourhood. To the north only a 100 metres is the Albury Golf Club and restaurant, to the east parks and ovals, to the west are Nailcan Hill trails and 10 mins level walk south puts you in Albury CBD. From the wide timber deck you can see over Albury, up the Kiewa Valley to snow-capped Mt Bogong. Looking out from the deck you would think you are in the bush. At the rear is a cool, green summer yard. The yard is not fenced and is not suitable to a dog. A cat would be allowed.
The top parking area is at house level and has a new driveway, not yet paved. This driveway is steep. There is room for one car , at house level.
Usually I can show you through promptly. It may not be possible to go inside before 17 Oct, but do make an enquiry and I will get back to you.
