Owner's Comment:
What attracted me most when I first saw this house was its light-filled living area with courtyards on two sides. The garden was green & leafy and enclosed a beautiful outdoor area for entertaining. Inside, the open plan kitchen, dining & living space meant I could cook and chat with my family and friends while preparing a meal.

I have found the layout of the upstairs area to be very practical, with the second & third bedrooms and the main bathroom quite separate from the large master bedroom & ensuite.

The location of the complex is ideal, within walking distance of both the Yarralumla & Deakin shopping centres.

This has been a lovely place to live. All eight townhouses are owner-occupied and there is a very friendly atmosphere. I believe that the new owners will enjoy living here as much as I have valued being a part of this small community.
