The remaining one will probably remain empty to be used as storage. The first bedroom (just over 3.2 x 2.7) is a light, carpeted room with a 1.5 built in robe. Plenty of room for a double or queen bed and bedside tables. The second bedroom (just over 3.0 x 2.8) is a little smaller but has triple full length glass slide doors out onto the balcony, meaning you would have your own access/entry point as well. The second bedroom has 1 built in robe and is also carpeted. Happy to provide room as either furnished or unfurnished, however there may be an additional once-off charge for furnished.The houseThe house is a 1970s style three bedroom, two lounge room brick house with substantial front and back yard areas and plenty of room for a keen gardener. Lots of greenery. Recently renovated kitchen and lounge room and separate dining area. Laundry with washing machine and old school hills hoist out the back. You will have your own parking space and built in security system care of Frank the dog. Floor boards throughout the house. Dishwasher in the kitchen. Job done!Your housemateYou will be sharing with a 44 y.o male. Relaxed, open minded bloke, great cook. Working in TV broadcast and as a Chef by day, artist by night.
