A WORD FROM OUR SELLER:"I've absolutely loved living here. This was my very first home, and I don't think I could have found a better place to start out. Being brand new when I bought it, and only a couple of years old now, it's been completely stress-free, with no repairs or work needed. You can simply move in, relax, and make the space your own.I didn't make too many changes, just a few personal touches like curtains, floating shelves, and adding concrete in the courtyard, which means there's still plenty of scope for someone new to put their own stamp on it. On top of that, having easy access to Amaroo Shops, Casey Market Town, and Gungahlin Town Centre made life super convenient, but especially on those nights when I didn't feel like cooking.Letting go of this place is definitely bittersweet, but I'm excited for the next person who gets to call it home.
