This modern unfurnished studio room is one of 5 rooms in YWCA Canberra's Women's share house for moderate income earners as part of our affordable housing program. Please note this is a women's share house and there is certain criteria for applicants in order to be eligible under YWCA affordable housing program.

The house is located in a quiet cul de sac and the studio room has a bedroom, ensuite and living area with ample storage. The laundry, kitchen, dining and living areas are shared and are fully furnished with 2 washing machines and a fridge provided. There is off street parking for one car, a large native garden that is maintained, ducted evaporative cooling and electric ducted heating. There is a shared entry to the house and a private entry to the room. The weekly rent includes electricity and water consumption.
A 12 month occupancy agreement will be offered to the approved applicant and bond equivalent to 4 week's rent is required. The room is available now and inspections are only offered to eligible applicants and in accordance with the current restrictions by appointment during office hours Monday - Friday.
