Arriving from the circular driveway portico and opening the
grand double front doors to the home's custom-chandelier-adorned
foyer is like opening a jewel box.

Stretching out below you through a three-metre floor-to-ceiling
toughened glass picture window is an unprecedented northern view
across the property's sparkling saltwater infinity pool and spa,
and down the entire Woden Valley.

There would be plenty of time to idle in the water on a summer's
day because a computerised remote control system takes care of all
the maintenance. In winter you could choose instead to relax in the
adjacent custom Finnish sauna with its own wet room and eastern

elegant reception room and dedicated study which has its own access
door off the driveway.

The master suite has access to the pool from its own private
deck and boasts views to the Brindabella Mountain Range. The
magnificent master bathroom incorporates dual sinks, freestanding
bath, double shower with rain showerhead, master walk-in wardrobe
with its own concealed ironing station, and a separate cupboard in
the bedroom that is suitable for luggage or equipment storage.

Back through the entry and up the timber staircase are a further
three bedrooms, each with enormous walk-in wardrobes, and one with
a study nook. Two of the bedrooms feature a connected ensuite. The
third is serviced by a main bathroom with separate powder room. As
