I FIND THE HOUSE A LITTLE BIT TOO BIG FOR ME TO LIVE ON MY OWN, AND I ALSO LIKE THE IDEA OF SOCIALLY INTERACTING WITH A HOUSEMATE WHEN THEY'RE HOME. UNFORTUNATELY MY CURRENT HOUSEMATE HAS MOVED OUT AND I'M LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT I COULD GET ALONG WITH. THE HOUSE IS SLOWLY BEING RENOVATED OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS, CARPETS, BATHROOMS AND MAYBE THE KITCHEN WILL HAVE SOME WORK, BUT I'LL ENSURE IT HAPPENS WITH MINIMAL DISRUPTION AND WOULD DO MY VERY BEST TO ENSURE YOU HAVE ACCESS TO BATHROOMS ETC WHILE THIS HAPPENS (SORRY, THAT SOUNDS PROBABLY WORSE THAN IT REALLY IS!) THE PROPERTY IS IN A REALLY QUIET AREA IN A BEAUTIFUL PART OF GUNGAHLIN. NICHOLLS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! THE RIDGE IS A PRESTIGE COMPLEX KEPT IN GREAT CONDITION WITH VERY CONSIDERATE NEIGHBOURS. A VIEW OF GUNGAHLIN FLOWS FROM THE SMALL BACKYARD - THERE IS FOXTEL, A BBQ AND NBN. YOU WOULD HAVE YOUR OWN BEDROOM, YOUR OWN BATHROOM AND PARK IN A GARAGE. THERE ARE TWO BUS STOPS WITHIN A FEW MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE, THE NICHOLLS AND CASEY SHOPS ARE ALSO CLOSE BY. CLUB LIME GOLD CREEK IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEARBY. THE HOUSE IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE - THE NEIGHBOURHOOD IS QUIET AND FRIENDLY.
