THE APARTMENT IS FURNISHED (INCLUDING A DRYER) AND KITCHEN STOCKED EXCEPT FOR THE BEDROOM ALTHOUGH IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD A TV AND VACUUM BECAUSE MY HOUSEMATE IS TAKING HERS WITH HER. THERE IS A BIT OF ROOM FOR MORE FURNITURE IF YOU HAVE SOME. PARKING IS ON STREET - MY HOUSEMATE HAS NEVER HAD A PROBLEM GETTING PARKING ON HOWITT OR GILES STREETS. THE COMPLEX IS SMALL, QUIET AND SURROUNDED BY FRIENDLY NEIGHBOURS WHO LOOK OUT FOR US. IT IS PERFECTLY LOCATED BETWEEN OLD AND NEW KINGSTON, NEAR BUS STOPS AND THE BUS DEPOT MARKETS. I AM A MID 20S PUBLIC SERVANT WHO LOVES TO COOK THEN EXERCISE IT OFF IN ANY TYPE OF GYM CLASS. I AM PRETTY CHATTY SO I AM LOOKING FOR A SOCIAL, RESPONSIBLE HOUSEMATE WHO ALSO RESPECTS MY PRIVACY. I HAVE THE OCCASIONAL GATHERING AND AM HAPPY TO SHARE THE LIVING SPACE WITH FRIENDS AND PARTNERS. I WOULD LIKE THE NEW TENANT TO SIGN A 12 MONTH LEASE WITH ME WHICH IS DUE FOR RENEWAL IN EARLY AUGUST. ELECTRICITY IS THE ONLY BILL AND WILL BE SHARED.
