This furnished room features large windows to the leafy inner courtyard, built in wardrobe plus additional storage space, carpeted, reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating, as well as separate entry and small paved outdoor area. The room backs the garage and is separate from the house, which makes it lovely and private and the ideal space. The room is more like a bedsit than a room as there is enough space for a small living area.If you wish to bring your own furniture, we can unfurnish the room for you. Location: The home is a 5 minute walk to the Pinnacle Nature reserve, a 5 minutes drive to University of Canberra and the Belconnen Town Centre and just over 10 minute's drive to the city centre. Public transport is also at your door-step.The house: The house itself is large with modern appliances and ducted gas heating. It has a large rear deck and extensive gardens.Who we are: We are a full time working couple plus another female. We also have a miniature poodle seeking to share with someone who likes dogs, is friendly, respectful, open minded and reliable. You would be sharing the kitchen with us as well as a bathroom with our flatmate. We largely keep to ourselves, but like to have a chat every now and then. Duration of share: We are looking for someone for a minimum of 6 months, with possible extension beyond this. However, we can only guarantee 6 months rental or until February 2019. Bills additional (including gas, electricity, water) plus wifi ($20 per month) if you want to use our internet.
