"We bought this home in May 2004 and it's kind of a funny story. We actually turned down the wrong street as we were on our way to an open home."

"Turns out it was one of the best decisions we had made as there was an open home at 3 Popplewell Place, and as soon as we walked in for a quick peak.... we knew that this was the perfect house for us."


"We knew from the first moment we were there that this was a kid friendly street, friendly neighbours and it's a great area no more than a few minutes' drive from the Gordon shopping centre."

"We have made a few renovations over the years to make a great home an even better home, including the bathroom, toilet, new appliances in the kitchen such as a new oven and dishwasher, 2 bedrooms have had the windows replaced with double glazed windows, and new gas heating installed in 2021."

"One of our favourite rooms would have to be the lounge room, it's always been our great place to relax every evening and catch up on the day with the family."

"We will definitely miss the home we have spent so much quality time in from birthdays parties, Easter and Christmas with our daughter. But all good things must come to an end as our family will be moving interstate."
