24 Geelong Street is a regular shaped block comprising a brick built double bay clear span warehouse constructed in the 1980s. The warehouse is of steel frame with pitched roof and is accessed via two large roller doors to the front making it easy to reverse trucks into. The windows are fitted with steel security bars and can also include drawing boards and pallet racking if required.
The building contains two internal offices / showroom / reception area to the front which have separate swing door access for customers. This area has tiled floors, a wall mounted air conditioner, ceiling fans and down lighting.
The rear of the warehouse leads onto an enclosed and secure yard area which is accessed via another roller door.
