A WORD FROM OUR SELLER;
Our favourite thing about this home is easily the balcony. Overlooking reserve, we absolutely love the tranquil setting and being able to sit and look at the stunning views, forgetting about the world's stressors. Opening the balcony doors on summer evenings to let in the breeze while cooking in the kitchen and chatting to company in the dining room and living area was great for staying connected. One of the more underrated treasures of this home is the storage space! Being just a two-bedroom place, you'd be surprised at how much stuff you can hoard, it's amazing, The complex itself has well established gardens in the common areas and having a neighbour on only one side of us means that things are always super quiet. The neighbours are so friendly and being right near UC, the hospital, shops and bus stops meant that we never had to commute far to get the things we needed. We're going to miss this place, but we're so excited to be able to give someone else the opportunity to call it home!
