In 2021 the University released its Bruce Campus Estate Master Plan, which outlines our vision for the future. This plan foresees a series of learning neighbourhoods with a student, working and living population of over 45,000, including additional 60,000 +sqm in core university facilities, and significant increase in partnership and commercial buildings and tenancies. Integral to the Campus Master Plan are two health neighbourhoods which encompass intensive Centres of Excellence in health care, aged care, rehabilitation, early childhood development and research. They will provide new facilities for learning and research, alongside associated enterprise development.
