One of our housemates is leaving for greener pastures and we are looking to fill her place! About the house:Our lovely and large 3 bed share house is conveniently located in Braddon, easy walking distance to Lonsdale St and a 15 minute walk to the heart of Civic. Supermarkets and cafes are close and the city bus station is also near by. The house itself is 3 bedroom heritage style house with a huge backyard, an outdoor table and chairs, a fire pit and soon to have a hammock ready for some long summer evenings. We have ducted heating, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer - all the usual stuff.The house is furnished, the available room is not. The room available fits a queen bed and has built in wardrobe. The house is non smoking and no pets. About us:We are Georgia and Georgia, both professional 30 something women. We are easy going, self sufficient, and generally do our own thing, but we love a chat and to share a glass of wine now and then. We hope we can find someone who is similar! About the rent:The rent is $809 pcm paid to the agent on the 1st of each month and includes internet. Bond is $525.00 and to be paid to the outgoing housemate. Bills are split evenly each quarter.
