Last Listing description (August 2021)

When Henny (or Olga as Jonny calls her) bought this home 16 years ago, it was to be closer to her family based here in Canberra. But it wasn't just her family that she loved.
"The home was just so warm and inviting."

"Practical, cosy and romantic. That is how I feel about this house."

"There is enough space for my children, 9 grandchildren or 13 great-grandchildren to visit. The little ones can play in the backyard while the adults enjoy time together under the pergola or inside. The pergola also comes in hand as a space for visitors to park their cars, and it helps you stay dry when bringing in the shopping from the garage."

"It's a lovely spot too. The shops are just a short drive away, and the bus stop is just a short walk away. I often catch the bus as I don't drive much these days.
The street is quiet. While it might seem narrow, you don't notice this as there are very few cars, and we sit up a little higher in this home, so have a lovely outlook. There used to be many children who played in the street, but they have all grown up and moved on now. Just like me, it's time to move on now."
