The houseLocated about 350 metres from Ainslie Shops (Pulp Kitchen, Edgars, Mama Dough, the 'Canberra famous' IGA cheese pantry etc), and about the same distance from Mt Ainslie.The house itself is modern with high ceilings, two large living rooms (northerly aspect), three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a good sized back yard with a large courtyard/entertaining area. There is ducted reverse cycle air-con and heating, plus heated floors throughout. Common areas are fully furnished (note furniture is different to that in the pictures). The roomThe room is a good size, with built-in robes, and a private east-facing outlook. The room will be unfurnished, but currently fits a queen bed, bedside tables, tallboy/dresser.You will share the main bathroom with one other housemate.The housematesThe two humans are both female full-time public servants in our early 30s. There is also a six year old standard poodle (Scout) who lives at the house - she is very friendly, quiet, fully housetrained and does not shed. We are happy to consider other pets for the house.We have pretty busy lives, but enjoy sharing a glass of wine and a chat, watching the occasional movie together, and going to trivia at the pub down the road.
