Two rooms available in modern house in AinslieThe house:Located about 500 metres from Ainslie Shops (Pulp Kitchen, Edgars, Mama Dough, the 'Canberra famous' IGA cheese pantry etc), and the same distance to Dickson Shops.The house itself is modern with high ceilings, two large living rooms (northerly aspect), five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a good sized back yard with a large deck. In the bedroom area, there is ducted gas heating and evaporative cooling; there is reverse cycle air-con and heating, fans and heated floors in the other part. Common areas are fully furnished. The rooms:Room 1: The room is a good size, with built-in robes. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, bedside table, bookcase and desk / chair. Lighting is also included. The floor is carpeted, however has a few marks on it. The carpet however has just been professionally cleaned. You will share the main bathroom with the other housemate and 2 children.Room 2: This room is quirky and cosy. It is an internal room however has a glass sliding cedar window and glass door with curtains to ensure privacy. There is a single bed, dress, clothes rack, full-length mirror and small bedside table. There is a fan in this room. Next to this room is a separate office that has a desk / chair and desk lamp. This room will have an oil heater in it. Both rooms are for this tenant. You will share the main bathroom with the other housemate and 2 children.The family:The family is made up of a couple, 2 children, a dog and cat. Two other children visit on occasion. The female adult works in health 4 days / week and the male adult works out of workshop on site. The pets are friendly and are both indoor / outdoor pets. The dog does shed a fair bit.
