When we first found 2/77 Price Street, we were immediately drawn to how easy the home made life feel. It was tastefully renovated, move-in ready and offered a style and layout that really appealed to us. The low body corporate fees were another big attraction, giving us the benefits of townhouse living without the higher ongoing costs we had seen elsewhere.
Our favourite part has always been the open-plan downstairs living area. The kitchen, dining and lounge spaces flow together beautifully, creating a relaxed area where you can cook, enjoy a meal or simply unwind without feeling separated from the rest of the home. The vaulted ceilings add another wonderful sense of space and light, giving the home an extra-special feeling that you notice the moment you walk in.
There is a lovely warmth to the lounge in the early mornings. The natural light creates a calm, peaceful atmosphere that makes starting the day here feel particularly special.
The kitchen is another space we have really enjoyed. A skylight brings additional natural light into the room, while the thoughtful design provides plenty of storage and keeps everything connected to the main living area.
One of the things you may not immediately appreciate when you first walk through is just how much practical storage the home offers. The area underneath the stairs provides a surprisingly generous amount of space and has been incredibly useful for keeping everything organised and out of sight.
We have also made a small but worthwhile improvement to the home by adding a shower screen to enclose the shower. It has made such a difference to the bathroom, creating a much larger and more functional shower space.
Upstairs, the two bedrooms provide comfortable private retreats, with air-conditioning and ceiling fans, while the master bedroom includes a generous walk-in wardrobe. The renovated bathroom continues the home's stylish finishes, with a large shower and dual vanity, complemented by a separate toilet for added convenience.
Downstairs, there is also a second bathroom with a bath and direct outdoor access, adding an unexpected level of flexibility for guests or everyday living.
