Terry Burgoyne Real Estate, formally known as Barry Plant Dromana, was founded by Terry Burgoyne, a Peninsula local who has spent a lifetime on these shores. Terry brings with him more than 30 years as a director of one of Victoria's largest real estate franchises, and one that has had a major presence on the Peninsula for over 20 years. After more than two decades building that eminence here, the time felt right to do things on our own terms as an independent agency that offers the full suite of real estate services, built entirely around this community, and to make the deliberate decision of putting people before any brand. From Dromana to Safety Beach to McCrae, these are the communities where our team lives, local businesses we support, and where our neighbours become our friends. Knowing these streets, these neighbours, and this coastline the way locals do is what made starting this agency feel less like an obvious decision over a business one.
