Street Sales Report
The onthehouse Street Sales Report displays all historical sales on your selected street and includes critical information such as street addresses, sale prices and sale dates. The report also contains the land size of properties as well as the property types.
Queensland data is quite extensive, generally dating back to the early 1970's with some records dating back to 1900. Most NSW data dates back to 2004 however over time earlier sales history will become available.
Information contained within the Street Sales Report is derived from the Queensland Valuation and Sales and New South Wales Department of Lands databases. These authorities take time to collate and release this data and in some cases a sale may take up to 3 months to display in a report.
Please note that address details for units and apartments will display the lot number rather than the unit number. In most cases these numbers are identical. Also, in some instances, "sale price" may only represent a part sale (e.g. family transfer) of the property.
