With onthehouse.com.au you can do your property research, and discover real property sold prices for FREE! We get our information direct from the relevant government agencies in QLD, NSW and ACT and display the sold date and price for the last sale of each property free on the map.

Use our map search facility to search for both current property "for sale" listings, and the last sold price/date for properties. Simply enter a suburb (below) and you'll get a list of "for sale" and sold properties in a list view. These properties will also be displayed on a map, which you can use to zoom right down to street level and see the last sold details for each property on the street! Sold properties are identified by the sold pin on the map that can be clicked to reveal sold info.
Reports
Onthehouse.com.au also offers reports to the public for more detailed property research. Reports offers the ability to get a full historical sale listing on a property, street, suburb, postcode and even allows you to do a radius search around a specified property.
