Fashion designer Collette Dinnigan has listed the spacious Paddington home she bought with Richard Wilkins for sale, with expectation of more than $10 million.

The property includes a detached weatherboard cottage and a studio apartment, perfect for the nanny that’s been looking after Collette and Richard’s daughter, Estella.

The house is on one of Paddington’s largest blocks of land, at 824 sq m, and is held over three titles with access from two streets.

The main three-storey terrace has been photographed for top magazines, including Elle Decoration.
It goes to auction on September 12. Dinnigan recently splashed out $4 million for a sandstone cottage in Paddington.
